Refund and Exchange Policy - Within 30 days of the original invoice date, the customer shall contact Kodiak Cutting Tools LLC and request a Return Authorization Approval (RAA) prior to returning any products. A copy of the original invoice form with the RAA number clearly printed on it must accompany any returned products to qualify for a refund or exchange. All tools will be inspected prior to refund approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Kodiak never charges a restocking fee.
