ULTRAKUT 1702 is a premium, chlorinated cutting oil engineered specifically for CNC Swiss screw machine operations. It contains a synergistic combination of extreme pressure (EP) additives to effectively dissipate heat and maximize tool life, as well as a balanced and effective blend of select oxidation and corrosion inhibitors. ULTRA KUT 1702 is formulated to provide exceptional surface finishes for most difficult-to-machines metals which include, but are not limited to: stainless steel, high nickel alloys and titanium, as well as multiple grades of aircraft aluminum. Residual films are readily removed in aqueous cleaning systems or via solvent degreasing.
