Inventory - We stock our shelves to support our product line. This means we probably have what you need ready to ship within one business day. A live inventory quantity is shown next to our standard items on the website. We also offer a wide variety of made to order items and custom cutting tools. We ship until 12pm EST for all air and most ground shipments.
One Day Shipping - Except where noted, orders for in stock items will be shipped within one business day. All orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping. Kodiak ships Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Refund and Exchange Policy - We have a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us for a returned material authorization (RMA) within 30 days of your purchase. Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.
