Do I have to login to place an order?
No. We have set our online system up so that you can place an order as a guest, without ever creating an account. There are some benefits to creating an account however. One benefit is that you will receive a 5% discount on all orders by creating an account. You will also have access to useful features such as order history, favorite items list and pre-populated billing and shipping info on your orders.
When will I receive my tools?
Orders for in stock items will ship within one business day. There are a few items, like closeouts and tools sets, that take some additional time to ship, but unless noted, in stock items will ship within one business. Please see the map on our homepage for transit times for standard items stock in our distribution center to your location.
Do you offer a discount for larger purchases?
Yes. We work with customers on pricing in several ways. The first option is to set up an online account, and instantly receive an additional 5% off. In addition to that, as your volume grows, we will monitor your sales volume and automatically increase your discount accordingly. If you anticipate doing a large amount of business with us, please contact us ahead of time to discuss the different pricing options that we have available.
Can my company use a purchase order to buy from Kodiak?
Yes. We offer terms to businesses and can also set up online accounts for your company's users that will allow them to order online using a PO#.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out the morning after your order ships. You can also log into your account to view tracking numbers under your order history.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns with a 15% restocking fee. To request an return number, just give us call or send us an email, and we will be glad to assist you.
How long is delivery for items that do not show in stock?
Stock levels for products from our main warehouse are shown online. Many items that do not show in stock, may actually be on the shelf, but are at another warehouse that does not show the inventory online. We can quickly verify inventory for you. So if it does not show a stock level on the site, we may still have the product available to ship today from another warehouse. Some exceptions to this are certain tool sets, which take an additional 1-2 days to assemble.
What are your hours?
We are open from 8am -4pm, Monday through Friday. However, you will often find someone available after hours or on a Saturday. You can always try to contact us after hours, and we will respond whenever we are available.
